Our Mission

Since 1975 the mission of the Water and Wastewater Authority of Wilson County is to provide reliable water and wastewater services to our customers in the more rural areas of Wilson County.  We strive extremely hard to provide these services at reasonable costs while maintaining high standards of operational excellence and environmental conservation.

Office Hours

Our office lobby is open during normal business hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday thru Friday.

Most transactions can still be completed online if you prefer, but feel free to come by your office on at 680 Maddox Simpson Parkway.
