Standard Residential Water Rates

Insurance:

Water Leak Protection:  $2.25 per month

Water Line Coverage:  $4.95 per month (if elected)

 

Wastewater Rates:

Residential service:  $64.69 per month flat fee

Commerical service:  contact our office to inquire

 

Other Charges:

Initial Deposit:  $100.00 (amount may be increased by management based on prior usage & payment history)

General Service Fee:  $50.00 (plus reimbursement of any additional expenses incurred by the Authority)

Returned Payment Fee:  $30.00
