PUBLIC NOTICE OF SPECIAL CALLED MEETING
The Board of Commissioners of the Water & Wastewater Authority of Wilson County will hold a special-called meeting on Friday, April 24, 2026, at 3:00 PM at the office of the Authority, located at 680 Maddox Simpson Parkway, Lebanon, TN, which is immediately prior to the regularly scheduled meeting at 4:00 PM. The purpose of the special called meeting is to hold an executive session with counsel, which will be closed to the public, for the limited purpose of counsel providing information on the status, facts, legal ramifications of facts regarding various civil and administrative pending litigation matters, including: (1) Tennessee Scenic Rivers Association and Sierra Club v.
